The morning classes will be held Monday through Thursday.  Evening classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.  Fridays will be used as a make-up for inclement weather.

We offer lessons for five different ability levels.

Level I – Beginning Level
Does not require previous water experience. Includes water orientation, introduction to front and back float, and basic freestyle and backstroke skills.

Level II – Advanced Beginning Level
Swimmer should be comfortable in the water, ready for strokes, and have basic skills for freestyle, backstroke, and underwater swimming.

Level III – Intermediate Level
Swimmer must have passed skills in Level II. Introduction to breaststroke, dolphin kick, and survival skills.

Level IV – Advanced Level I
Swimmer must be able to swim two lengths of freestyle with rotary breathing, two lengths of backstroke and elementary backstroke and 15 yards of breaststroke, as well as do a standing dive and tread water. Introduction to butterfly, diving from the board, and skill refinement are taught at this level.

Level V – Pre-Swim Team
You must know all 4 strokes and be able to swim laps. You will do swim team-like workouts and have a mock meet at the end of the session. Attendance in this class does not guarantee you a spot on the swim team, but will better prepare you for the swim team.
